DHD-QK100 Blow Molding Machine General Introduction
1. DHD-QK100 blow molding machine is double station with HIGH-SPEED, Advanced technology from America and European countries. Dry cycle stroke is 700mm, double station only takes 3.8s. 8 heads, multi-layers, fully automatic.
2. Using in packaging of 200ml-5000ml washing, cosmetics, food and petroleum containers.
3. The plastic fuel tank is 30%-50% lighter than that of the same specification. The machine processes HMWHDPE as the grass roots.
4. Manipulator: Products taking-out and put them on the conveyor, driven by FESTO cylinder. All the system controlled by solenoid directional valve.
5. Die Head: Beck off control system with 100 point LVDT parison control. Machine can make one layer, view stripe, or multilayer products and machine up to 10 head meet your requirements. Pneumatic valve from FESTO and Hydraulic valve from Rexroth Germany.
